Welcome to Papillon

The Papillon website is built and managed for you. It is operated by volunteers whose primary goal it is to keep residents constantly up-to-date on the goings-on at Papillon.  It houses an abundance of information on the systems, rules and procedures that are in place to ensure that all of us derive maximum enjoyment living here, and that protect our personal investment in our homes.  But, it is much more.  It is full of tools for all, such as a password protected list of residents, detail on how to engage with our management company, and application forms for landscape and architectural changes.  It is a go-to tool for pretty much everything about our community, including the many social activities designed to keep residents connected

Papillon Condominium Association  is a very special community that consists of 82 two and three bedroom condominium homes on one of the largest parcels of land in The Meadows.  We are blessed with an abundance of green space across six cul de sacs, some of which borders the Papillon Pond, and the meandering stream that connects the pond with the Village Centre lake.

We are proud partners with The Meadows Community Association.  One of the premiere communities in south-west Florida, The Meadows is home to 52 community associations representing more than 3,000 condos and single family homes.   Home to The Meadows Country Club, which has three 18 hole golf courses and a Tennis Club with 17 HarTru Lighted Courts, the rambling golf courses are a signature of our community.  While the Country Club requires a separate membership for full access to the sports and social facilities, the relatively new Renaissance Program is open to all Meadows residents and provides select access to many of the facilities managed by the Country Club, including the all-new top tier Fitness Club.
